Direct leasing of new products

these are in line with the specific needs of the lessee. Chailease International purchases the selected equipment, and then leases it to the lessee. The lessee does not need to pay all the payment in advance to obtain the right to use the equipment, allowing the lessee to quickly obtain income, and regain the ownership of the equipment after the end of the lease.

Leaseback of used products

the lessee sells its own equipment to Chailease International at fair value, and signs a lease contract with Chailease International to lease back the right to use the equipment. In the process of leaseback, the original owner of the asset, on the premise of retaining the right to use the asset, transforms the fixed assets into monetary capital to meet the financing demand.

Commercial Factoring

the seller who sells goods or services transfers the accounts receivable generated from the sales contract with the buyer to the factoring agent (Chailease International and Chailease Commercial Factoring), who provides comprehensive financial services such as financial accommodation, collection of accounts receivable, credit risk control and bearing the buyer's credit risk. It turns accounts receivable into cash and makes use of funds more flexibly.

Case study

A cultural media company operating live broadcasting business in Beijing urgently needs to purchase a set of imported guide station and supporting system due to the increase of orders. It is estimated that the total investment will be 3 million yuan. However, the company has a tight budget that it can't bear the full payment. After studying the details, Chailease International cooperates with this company in the form of direct leasing of new products. The customer will lease instead, which will be repaid in three years.
